I NEED a Java class that will allow me to disable the "BACK" and "FORWARD" arrows on the Netscape Navigator toolbar.

I don't believe that Java security restrictions will allow you to modify any Netscape files... you'll have to use another program. It may not be possible (unless you hex through and find the disabling method and execute it yourself w/ a language other than Java).
