how do you make a windows pop-up before someone enters your site??? what is the html code for it, and is it an applet?

Response If you are referring to my site specifically, the pop-up banners come from the Geocities version of my site. I myself do not know how Geocities causes this to happen because it has not interested me enough to find out.
